Registration
Enrollment (acceptance) for new and returning students is based upon the guidelines listed below. Enrollment is open after February of the current school year.
Priority Rules:
1. Completed Documentation: Entrance Testing, Entrance Interview, Character Assessment Forms, Yearly Admission Application, Birth Certificate, Current Immunization Record, Social Security Card, Parent/Guardian Photo Identification, Last 2 Years of Report Cards & Achievement Scores (if applicable), Proof of Current Medical Insurance (school policy available, if needed) and receipt of Applicable Fees.

No child is considered enrolled in Pecan Street Christian Academy until the registration and book fees are paid in full and complete student documentation has been submitted and accepted. The final approval of enrollment is the responsibility of the Admissions Committee.
Pecan Street Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic background, religion or national origin in its admission or educational policies. PSCA does not have facilities for the education of students with mild or severe special educational needs, mild or severe learning disabilities, and neither emotional nor disciplinary problems. In the best interest of students with these needs, PSCA may not consider them for admission.
NOTICE: Students not meeting eligibility requirements for the PSCA Preschool (K-4) Program may be eligible to enroll in Giggles & Grins Preschool Program for ages 3 -5.
Tuition
PSCA has made every effort to keep tuition and fees as reasonable as possible and still maintain a quality educational experience for students. It is important that all fees are paid when due so the school can remain current on all bills and salaries. PSCA receives no governmental funding.
Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment. Tuition is paid by one of the following methods:
FULL PAYMENT PLAN- Due on or before August 1st of the current school year.
SEMI-YEARLY PAYMENT PLAN- Due on or before August 1st and on or before January 1st of the current school year.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN- Due on or before the 1st of each month.

During the Enrollment process, a payment plan will be chosen. Our financial policy states that monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month unless special arrangements are made with the financial office. Tuition payments should be paid in the Giggles & Grins Day Care office on or before the due date of each month. Late fees will be applied on the 6th of each month.
